Which shops sell earthing sheets with delivery in Spain?

Earthing sheet prices and conditions: comparison table of sellers in Spain

Straight answer: earthing sheet prices in Spain range, depending on shop and size, from €99.00 to €179.90 (read on 24 September 2026); the price of the sheet on its own isn't always the final cost, because in three of the four shops the tester isn't included in the price of the sheet.

The 3-year legal guarantee of conformity (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, amended by Royal Decree-Law 7/2021) applies by law to any seller in Spain; the “Guarantee” column only reflects what each shop publishes, and “Not stated on their website” doesn't mean the buyer lacks it.

Earthing.es starts at a lower price (€99.00) than Vitality's single sheet (€99.99) in its narrowest size; we say so plainly, because the starting price isn't the only figure that matters.

What should you look for when choosing the best grounding sheet in Spain?

Straight answer: five facts you can check yourself before you pay.

• Conductive thread: % and type. The seller should publish it as a figure, not as “premium” with no data. Why silver conducts better than steel from the first use is explained in why the type of conductive thread matters.
• Testers included or sold separately. The real price of the sheet isn't the one on the product page if the tester is sold separately: add it on before comparing. How it's used is covered in how to check whether your grounding sheet conducts.
• Safety resistor in the cable. It limits the flow of current in the event of an electrical fault in the wiring; the three sellers that publish it state a figure of around 100 kΩ. How it's connected is covered in how to connect the sheet to a Schuko socket.
• Guarantee and withdrawal. Not every shop explains them equally clearly; we go into this in the next section.
• Shipping from Spain. Delivery time and cost visible before you buy a grounding sheet, and a seller that genuinely operates in Spain, not one that just has a Spanish-language domain.

This guide doesn't name a winner: it tells you which figure to look for on each product page before you pay, so that you decide.

Can you return an earthing sheet once it has been opened?

Straight answer: for distance purchases you have, by law, 14 calendar days to withdraw without giving a reason. Article 103.e of Spain's General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users (LGDCU, Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007) allows sealed goods to be excluded from that right on hygiene grounds once the seal has been broken. One of the four sellers compared applies that exception.

Ruanova Health doesn't accept returns of the sheet once it has been unsealed, relying on article 103.e because it is a textile for hygienic use. Earthing.es doesn't exclude returns in its terms, but asks that you “do NOT open the wrapping or handle the device before checking the earth connection” («NO se abra el envoltorio ni se manipule el dispositivo antes de comprobar la toma de tierra»). Ricar Earthing can't be verified today: the link to its returns policy gives an error. Whether or not to apply the article 103.e exception is a decision the law leaves to the seller; what's useful is knowing, before you buy, which policy applies in each shop.

The practical advice: check your socket and read the returns policy before opening the wrapping, not after. The legal guarantee of conformity in Spain is 3 years for new goods (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, amended by Royal Decree-Law 7/2021) and applies by law to any seller established in Spain, whether or not it is published on their website; Vitality explains it in writing in its terms. Earthing.es publishes “Factory Defect – 365-day Guarantee” («Defecto de Fábrica – Garantía de 365 días»), which is a commercial guarantee and doesn't replace the legal one; Ricar Earthing and Ruanova Health don't state a commercial guarantee on the pages we read.

How does it connect to a Schuko socket, and why does the cable's resistor matter?

Straight answer: an earthing sheet's cable connects to the earth pole of a Schuko socket with a real earth, not to the mains current. The safety resistor in some cables, of the order of 100 kΩ according to the three sellers that publish it, limits the flow of current if there's an electrical fault in the wiring.

It isn't a decorative figure: its job is to limit the current that could flow through the cable if there were a fault in the wiring. How to read an Amazon listing if you buy there

Straight answer: on Amazon.es we couldn't verify prices or listing data for earthing sheets today (the search returned an error from the marketplace itself), so here we only give general guidelines for reading any listing, without quoting figures from a specific listing.

• The silver percentage should appear as a figure in the description, not just as a stray word in the title.
• Check whether the cable states a specific safety resistor or whether the listing leaves it out.
• Identify who is actually selling the product and whether there is a company you can locate in Spain to make a claim against.
• Read the specific seller's returns policy: some exclude hygienic textiles once unsealed.

The limits of this comparison

Straight answer: this table records what four websites were publishing on 24 September 2026; it isn't a laboratory analysis or a physical test of the sheets. Prices and stock change: in two of the four shops the product, or its default size, showed as sold out when we read them. “Not stated on their website” means the figure doesn't appear on the page consulted, not that the seller doesn't have it.

We didn't buy or measure the sheets from Earthing.es, Ricar Earthing or Ruanova Health: everything we say comes from what their own websites publish, quoted in inverted commas when it's literal and paraphrased elsewhere, with URL and date in the table. Vitality Life Balance is one of the four shops compared and is therefore an interested party in this comparison.

The sheet is not a medical device and does not diagnose or treat any condition. There is published research on grounding in general — the review by Chevalier, Sinatra, Oschman and colleagues in the Journal of Environmental and Public Health (2012, DOI 10.1155/2012/291541) is one of the most cited in the field — but it is a review of earlier studies, with small samples, not a large-scale clinical trial. The authors themselves declare a conflict of interest: three of them work with a company that funds earthing research and hold a small stake in it.
